Overview:
The PGY2 Pharmacy Residency is a one-year residency that offers experiences in the areas of cardiology or critical care or infection diseases and a selection of elective rotations designed to provide a specialized clinical pharmacy experience following successful completion of the PGY1 Residency. The emphasis of this program is developing self-directed learners who will incorporate service, teaching, and scholarly activity into their practice. The Pharmacy Residents are involved in scholarly activities throughout the year. The research conducted by the residents is displayed at national meetings and submitted for publication.
