Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered medication therapy. You’ll collaborate closely with healthcare providers, oversee pharmacy operations, and help maintain the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities

• tient medication therapies for safety and effectiveness

• Identify and resolve medication-related issues and potential safety hazards

• Provide drug information and clinical consultation to healthcare teams

• Participate in medication management initiatives and pharmacy quality programs

• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards

• Support cost-saving initiatives and formulary compliance

• Supervise and guide pharmacy support personnel

• Participate in process improvement and pharmacy service development

Required Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of California

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• All certifications required to practice as a Pharmacist in California

• Retail pharmacy experience

Preferred

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience

• One year of technical pharmacy experience

• ACLS and PALS certifications
