Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently enters orders into pharmacy computer.
• Monitors for appropriate and rational drug therapy.
• Provides all drug distribution activities, (order entry, dispensing, checking) for all patient populations.
• Accurately enters orders for intravenous admixtures, chemotherapy, and total Parenteral nutrition for all patient populations.
• Provides drug information to all nursing units/clinical staff utilizing reference materials and internet resources.

Qualifications:

• B.S. Pharmacy
• New York State Pharmacy License
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred

Posted Salary Range: USD $63.00 - USD $82.80 /Hr. :
