EDUCATION
Minimum: Bachelors degree from college of pharmacy
Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy degree from college of pharmacy
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
IN Pharmacist license
CPR, ACLS, PALS
EXPERIENCE
Preferred: At least two years of full time experience as hospital pharmacist
