Pharmacy Care Technician

Pride Health is hiring a Pharmacy Care Technician to support our client’s medical facility remotely. This is a 3+ month contract-to-hire (convertible to permanent based on your work performance). And a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organisation!

Specific Duties:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from patients.
• Follow up with patients regarding prescriptions, refills, and pharmacy services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve basic patient queries.
• Maintain patient records and update information in the system.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and other healthcare team members.
• Ensure professional communication and a positive patient experience.

Requirements:

• Previous calling experience is mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Ability to handle calls professionally and meet performance targets.
• Pharmacy or healthcare experience is an advantage.

Job Details:

Location: Remote
Job Type: 3+ months contract-to-hire
Schedule: Shift start & end times: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $13 -$22/hr. on W2
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
