About the Role:Concierge Rx Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to join our team in Beverly Hills, CA. Responsibilities:- Assist pharmacists with prescription intake, data entry, and order processing
- Greet and assist customers at the counter, providing friendly and professional service
- Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and relay prescription refill requests
- Organize and maintain pharmacy inventory, including stocking shelves and managing supply levels
- Process prescription pickups, verify patient information, and handle point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace
- Support insurance verification and billing processes as needed
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Experience with PIONEER RX is a Must
- Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
