Responsibilities:
- As permitted by state law, accurately restock and replenish pahrmacy with inventory from orders as well as medications received from returns from floor or automated dispending machines.
- Maintain the pharmacy in neat, organized and clean manner, restocking areas with supplies as needed.
- Perform inventory counts.
- Assist with the organization and management of records under the direction of a pharmacist or technician.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
- High School graduate or GED.
- Active Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy (must be obtained within 90 days of employment).
- Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- 1 year of previous hospital pharmacy technician experience.
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT).
- Current BLS
