Seeking a Full time Pharmacist/Manager that will dispense medications based on providers’ orders, support clinics and provide exceptional patient care by successfully operating the assigned pharmacy location.Details of Education and SkillsDoctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.Consultant Pharmacist License a plusCurrent, active Florida license with no prior licensing infractions in other states. 4 to 5 years of experience with 3 years of management or supervisory experience (FQHC or Retail experience preferred). Knowledge of Athena or Rx30 software a plus.Ability to demonstrate integrity, trust worthiness, and team focus and ability to motivate others.Ability (or willingness to learn) to build cohesive & collaborative teams.Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot.Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.A positive can-do attitudeSpecial Requirements and Skills: Current CPR Bilingual (English /Spanish) a plus
