Job Description

Candidates must be able to:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience = 2 year
Regular and predictable attendance
Work mandatory overtime/extended work week, when needed

Physical Demands:
Ability to remain upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time. Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for moving from one work area to another or within the same work area
Ability to utilize equipment that elevates over 15 feet
Ability to occasionally lift/reach/twist/turn/bend/stoop/walk with up to 55 lbs to move objects
The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer screen, reading, visual inspection involving small parts
The ability to concentrate on a task over a period without being distracted
Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than whole hand or arm
Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist
Stooping to a considerable degree and requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles
Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed accurately
Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of materials management system (SAP).
Formal Pharmacy Technician training and/or experience
Experience in medical, fulfillment center, warehouse or healthcare environments
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED

Position Summary
As a Pharmacy Technician in a growing segment of healthcare, home infusion services, you will work with cutting edge technology compounding specialized and complex therapies that are administered to patients in their homes. Key responsibilities * Product preparation, compounding sterile products, and maintaining the pharmacy clean room suite to 797 requirements. * Documentation of IV admixture and clean room suite sterility testing. * Complete order entry and refills under the supervision of the pharmacist. * Inventory management and storage, complete appropriate documentation, such as labels, log sheets and reports. * Participate in on call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs.

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
Registered Pharmacy Tech with State of Pennsylvania.

Wed 3 pm to 1:30 am, Thur 3 pm to 1:30, Fri 2 pm to 12:30 am, Sat noon to 10:30
