What You'll Do
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for
- Creating and maintaining accurate patient profiles, including demographics, insurance, and allergies
- Handling data entry, medication filling, shipping, inventory management, and other pharmacy workflows
- Using electronic systems to communicate with internal staff, process refills, and manage medication interactions
- Assisting with process improvement initiatives and team meetings to optimize pharmacy operations
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
- A high school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy experience is preferred but not required
- An active Maine Pharmacy Technician license (or the ability to obtain one before starting)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and data entry
