Pharmacy Technician

Pay Range: $19 - $21/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound member calls with a target of a minimum of 15 calls per hour.
• Encourage members to refill their medications and assist with any inquiries.
• Handle faxes, provider calls, and pharmacy communications as needed.
• Complete daily work assignments and submit reports on time.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• State Pharmacy Technician License (GA) and PTCB Certification.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Nice to have: Experience in a health plan environment.
