Job Description
Position Title: Pharmacy Technician
Location: Atlanta GA 30339, Working Remote 80% with some in person meeting/events to attend.
Schedule: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (1 hour break) Possibly Some Saturdays.
Duration: 3 Months
PR: $20 to $22/hr.
One week training - MUST arrive on time daily, complete assigned work and turn in assignments daily.
The technician will have an overview of the company and goals, then proceed with training.
Additional responsibilities include:
- The new employee will be paired with a trainer.
- Outbound Members Calls will be the primary duty.
- The workday may include faxes, provider calls and pharmacy calls.
- Independent work assignments will be given.
- The technician must have a pleasant attitude and be able to encourage members to refill their medications.
- A minimum of 15 calls per hour. MUST turn in work daily and arrive daily for work on time.
Requirement:
- Required: High School Diploma
- State Pharmacy Technician License-GA
- PTCB Certified
- 1 to 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- Exceptional customer service experience
