About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. This is an in-person position focused on prescription order fulfillment and pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining accuracy and excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment.
Please note: This position does not involve sterile or non-sterile compounding.
Responsibilities

Fill and prepare prescription orders accurately and efficiently

Label, package, and process prescriptions for shipment or patient pickup

Maintain inventory and assist with stock management

Verify prescription information and ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures

Assist pharmacists with daily operational tasks

Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with pharmacy standards

Communicate professionally with team members and patients when needed

Support quality assurance and documentation requirements
Qualifications

Active Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration required

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous pharmacy experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting of pharmacy supplies
