Job Summary We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will collect blood in full unit bags or blood tubes from donors. This is a role to collect blood samples for a research laboratory and not for medical treatment or services.
Responsibilities
Prioritize requests for sample collection based on urgency
Collect donor’ consent and health history information
Follow company procedures and work instructions (We are an ISO Certified Laboratory)
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician
Phlebotomy diploma preferred
Knowledge of best practices in patient identification methods
Familiarity with the legal requirements regarding blood draws and fluid samples
Strong computer and data entry skills
