Job Description
Clinical Laboratory Technician is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing patient specimens while ensuring accurate test results and compliance with laboratory procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role supports daily laboratory operations, specimen management, documentation, and testing activities in a clinical laboratory environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and prepare patient specimens for testing.
- Perform routine laboratory testing following established procedures.
- Accurately document test results and maintain laboratory records.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety guidelines and SOPs.
- Assist with specimen labeling, storage, and inventory management.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Follow quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support laboratory staff with daily operations and testing activities.
