Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00/hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm | Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm

Dean’s Professional Services is seeking a dependable and experienced Phlebotomist to support a leading healthcare organization in Beavercreek, OH. This is a great opportunity for a certified Phlebotomist who is confident performing specimen collection accurately while providing professional and compassionate service to patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures accurately and safely on patients of various ages.
• Verify patient identification and ensure specimens are properly collected, labeled, and handled according to established procedures.
• Prepare patients for specimen collection and explain procedures as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow established infection-control, safety, and specimen-handling procedures.
• Provide professional and compassionate patient service throughout the collection process.
• Perform additional phlebotomy duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Phlebotomist credential required.
• Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1 year preferred.
• Strong venipuncture and capillary puncture skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and specimen-handling accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach to patient care.
