    • Position Type: Contract
    • Contract Duration: 3 Months
    • Start: As Soon As Possible
    • Pay Rate: $28/hr
    • Shift Details: Variable shifts between 6:45am – 6:30pm MST
    Job Summary:
    The Patient Services Representative III-Floater (PSR III) serves as a key patient-facing professional responsible for blood collection and specimen handling across multiple locations. This role requires strong phlebotomy expertise, adaptability, and the ability to maintain high standards of patient care in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing
    • Maintain a safe and professional environment
    • Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort and confidence
    • Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing
    • Verify patient demographic information and specimen labeling accuracy
    • Maintain records and documentation
    • Promote a positive image to patients, clients, and the public
    • Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision
    • Travel between locations to provide coverage as needed
    Required Experience:
    • 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong performance in fast-paced, high-volume environments
    • Customer service experience
    • Keyboard/data entry experience
    • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable)
    Nice-to-Have Experience:
    • Experience in a Patient Service Center environment (2+ years preferred)
    • Medical assistant or paramedic training
    • Phlebotomy certification
    Required Skills:
