Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM with rotating weekends | 40 hours per week

Job Summary:

Our Client is seeking a Phlebotomist I (Patient Services Representative I) to collect blood samples, process specimens, and provide excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate specimen collection, maintain proper documentation, and create a professional, welcoming environment for patients while following established safety and confidentiality procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection, including Pediatric and geriatric patients.
Collect, process, and prepare clinical and forensic specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and data entry while ensuring confidentiality.
Provide excellent patient service, explain collection procedures, and promote patient comfort and confidence.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Complete daily activities accurately and on time, working independently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required.
Current Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) license required.
Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with Pediatric and geriatric patients.
Proficiency in keyboard operations and data entry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and maintain patient confidentiality.
Flexibility to work rotating weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

One or more years of phlebotomy experience.
Medical Assistant or Paramedic training.
Previous customer service experience in a retail or service-oriented environment.
