Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 03+months with possible extension
Pay Range: $21.50 - $23.05/hour*

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 

Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples, including pediatric and geriatric patients.

• Prepare, process, and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing.

• Verify patient information and maintain accurate documentation.

• Explain procedures and provide excellent patient service.

• Follow safety, confidentiality, and laboratory protocols.

• Maintain a professional environment and complete daily tasks accurately.

• Travel between patient service centers and physician offices as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

• Strong patient service, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, if applicable.

• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and multiple locations as needed.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.
