Phlebotomist II - Float

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II - Float to support our client's healthcare facility in Fayetteville GA 30214

Job Details:

Schedule: 8am to 5pm, earlist start can be 7am and the latest is 5:30pm

Location: Fayetteville GA 30214

Float / Coverage Area: Floaters travel in between multiple sites and are expected to be on time at whatever site they are covering for that day. They must also have a clean driving record. Floaters are able to submit mileage for expense reimbursement.

Job Type: [Local contract / Permanent/ Per Diem]

Contract Length: 03+months contract

Pay Range: $19.00 to $24.58 /hour*

• Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills in a high-volume environment.
• Flexible to work multiple locations, weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record required.
• High school diploma/equivalent required; phlebotomy certification preferred and required in CA, NV, and WA.
• Strong customer service, communication, data entry, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow all safety and company policies.
• Travel and flexible hours required to cover Patient Service Centers and in-office locations with short notice.
