Phlebotomist III - Floater

Pride Health is hiring a Floater Phlebotomist - to support our client's healthcare team in Eden Prairie, MN.

Schedule: Mon to Fri 6:45AM-3:15PM (40 hours per week)  
Location: Eden Prairie MN 55344
Job Type: contract
Contract Length: 14 Week/s
Pay Rate: $24.95 - $26.75 per hour 
Weekly gross pay is based on a taxable hourly wage and daily lodging and meals & incidentals stipends based on USA GSA guidelines.
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and adult blood collections.  

• Collect, label, process, and package clinical and forensic specimens.  

• Verify patient identification, demographics, and required signatures.  

• Maintain accurate records and specimen integrity.  

• Follow HIPAA, safety, quality, and established collection protocols.  

• Provide professional patient care and excellent customer service.  

• Travel between PSCs, physician offices, and assigned locations as needed.  

• Work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.  

Qualifications: 

A High School Diploma or GED is required. 

Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
