Job Title: Phlebotomist
Functional Group: Phlebotomy/Patient Service
Duration: 3 months (Extendable based on performance)
Schedule: M-F 7am - 5pm availability & 8 hours per day, 40 hours in a week
Requirements:
Phlebotomy experience required – must be able to perform daily volume of blood draws
Phlebotomy certification required; Medical Assistant (MA) certification preferred but not required
float coverage required - Gilbert and Queen Creek, AZ
Perform daily blood draws and lab specimen collection/processing, support flu season vaccination workflows, provide LSS coverage across East Valley offices (Dana Park, Santan Village, Queen Creek)
