Security Officer - Construction Site

Marksman Security is seeking professional and vigilant Security Officers to join our team for a high-profile construction site project. As the primary point of contact for the facility, you will ensure only authorized personnel enter the site and maintain a secure environment through proactive monitoring and patrols.

Position Overview

• Position Title: Security Officer
• Location:Place
• Rate of Pay:  $22.00 per hour 
• Shift Availability: 1st 2nd & 3rd shifts 

Key Responsibilities

• Access Control: Manage the site guard shack to monitor all incoming and outgoing traffic.
• Credential Verification: Verify the identity and credentials of all workers, contractors, and visitors to ensure they have the proper authorization to be on-site.
• Foot Patrols: Conduct regular foot patrols around the perimeter and interior of the construction site to ensure all areas remain secure.
• Trespass Prevention: Proactively identify and deter unauthorized individuals from entering the premises.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensing: Must possess a valid, active Arizona Guard Card (unarmed).
• Experience: Previous experience in security or access control is preferred.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods during foot patrols.
• Professionalism: Outstanding customer service skills and a professional, clean-cut appearance.
• Reliability: Strong attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining site safety.
