Position Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Wallingford, PA
Compensation: $40-$52/hour
Schedule: 40 hours, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation

A skilled nursing facility providing a mix of short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services.
Position Summary / Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to short-term and long-term care patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements
• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Skilled nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work one weekend day per month
