We are searching for an Physical Therapist to join our clinical team. This position will be at one of our many locationsthroughout the Capital District where we strive to offer an integrated health care practice. We are known for our quality of care for individuals with disabilities, which is at the heart of our mission.

As a Physical Therapist at the Center for Disability Services, you will collaborate with physicians, family and/or treatment teams to evaluate functional strengths and needs in order to establish individualized, meaningful and appropriate therapy for the individuals we support

Position eligible for PSFL Public Service Loan Forgiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with physicians, families and/or interdisciplinary teams to evaluate functional strengths and needs in order to establish individualized, meaningful and appropriate therapy for the individuals we support.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• NYS State Licensure, active and in good standing

• Experience is helpful, but we will consider new graduates for this position

• Ability to work with a team to collaborate and care for the whole person

• Knowledge of and ability to effectively use an electronic medical record (EMR)

Compensation Range:

$83,500.00 - $95,500.00
