Job Summary


LivWell Physical Therapy and Wellness is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team full-time. This position offers the opportunity to work in a positive, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional individualized care while building meaningful relationships within the community.


We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about helping patients restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their goals through evidence-based treatment and personalized care.


Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Progress treatment plans appropriately based on patient response and goals
• Maintain compliance with insurance and documentation standards
• Contribute to a positive and encouraging clinic culture

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Alabama Physical Therapist license or eligible for licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Passion for serving patients with excellence and compassion
• New graduates and experienced therapists encouraged to apply
