Physical Therapist

Intercare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our 130-bed facility in Alpharetta, GA. This is a permanent position with a focus on ADL training, chronic pain management, falls and balance, dysphagia, and seating and positioning. The facility features a large, well-equipped gym with plenty of natural light, creating an ideal environment for patient rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Focus on ADL training, chronic pain, falls and balance, dysphagia, seating, and positioning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize electronic documentation via Net Health; iPads provided for all rehab team members.

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license in Georgia.
• Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in electronic documentation.
