What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to maximize mobility, safety, and independence
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress using Net Health and PCC
• Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and physicians to provide outstanding resident care
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and fall prevention
• Help residents achieve their goals while celebrating every milestone along the way

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with Net Health and PCC is preferred
