    Join Our Team as an Industrial Prevention Specialist

    Are you a dedicated professional looking to make a meaningful impact in workplace health and safety? We’re seeking a highly qualified and personable Industrial Clinician to join our team and deliver exceptional injury prevention services.

    Position Details
    Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
    Availability: Schedule may vary based on client needs but will not exceed 40 hours per week.

    Qualifications

    • Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC, MAT, LAT), Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant
    • Strong interest in preventative care and rehabilitation
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    Your Role

    • Conduct pre-employment screenings
    • Provide body mechanics training and job coaching
    • Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments
    • Develop wellness and work simulation programs
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement on-site prevention programs
    • Promote health initiatives and engage with staff
    • Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and leadership
    • Track and report program outcomes

    Physical Requirements

    • Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
    • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

    Dress Code
    Professional attire with appropriate PPE as required
