### Core Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Care: Implement customized pediatric treatment plans designed by supervising Physical Therapists. Provide direct care utilizing therapeutic exercises, neuromotor activities, manual therapy, and modality applications tailored to children.
- Progress Tracking & Education: Closely monitor and document patient progress. Report clinical observations to the Physical Therapist and educate families/caregivers on treatment protocols, home exercises, and adaptive techniques.
