We can offer 40 hours guarantee but we need to ensure the PT understands what this means - we need them to see at least 30 points a week and to actively manage their caseload. They will have the home office to help! If a patient cancels for today, for example, schedule them into the next day but call the patients for tomorrow or the day after that to see if they'd like to meet with you today to backfill that slot that cancelled. Even if a person gets 30 points earlier in the week, they should seek out more patients or complete their documentation (or both) to fill up that time productively.
