Join the FlexPlus Physical Therapy Team FlexPlus Physical Therapy is a patient-focused outpatient clinic committed to helping people move better, recover faster, and live pain-free. We’re currently hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position. This role offers the chance to join a collaborative and experienced rehab team treating a wide variety of patients and conditions.
Responsibilities:
Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by supervising PTs
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and mobility training
Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
Educate patients and families on exercises and proper techniques
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional therapy environment
Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
Valid PTA license in Massachusetts
Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior outpatient experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply!
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay: $32–$38/hour (commensurate with experience)
