Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>• Perform care consistent with the scope of licensure and in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures.<\/span>

• Provide direct patient care services under the direction of a Physical Therapist.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Assist the Physical Therapist in performing assessments and complex treatment procedures.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Maintain documentation on all patients referred for services.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Complete reports or assessments/evaluations and progress notes utilizing facility's approved documentation forms.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Attend and participate in inter -disciplinary team meetings.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Complete all tasks within established timelines provided by the facility.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Comply with all state requirements and facility policies and procedures.<\/span>
