Support skilled nursing residents as they practice the movements needed for daily life, delivering hands-on rehabilitation under the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care.What You'll DoProvide prescribed treatments that address each resident's mobility goals and functional limitations.Lead exercises to improve strength, balance, and endurance within the established care plan.Assist residents with gait training, transfers, and bed mobility while following individual precautions.Reinforce safe techniques for using walkers and other prescribed mobility devices.Observe treatment tolerance and report changes in symptoms, performance, or participation to the supervising PT.Complete accurate treatment notes and coordinate with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues to support consistent mobility practices.What We Offer$36–$40 per hour.Part-time employment with a skilled nursing rehabilitation team.Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral.Support from therapy leadership and collaboration with fellow clinicians.QualificationsActive Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant license.Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and recognize concerns requiring the PT's attention.Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.Skilled nursing experience is helpful; new graduates are welcome to apply.Apply today to join Ultimate Therapy's part-time rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Long View.
