Job Title: Outpatient PTA - North Phoenix / Sun City

Required Skills:
- Valid Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligible in Arizona)
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to delivering quality clinical outcomes
- Basic documentation and patient progress tracking skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Open to new graduates and experienced PTAs
- Prior outpatient therapy experience is a plus, but not required
Other Requirements:
- Must hold Arizona PTA license or be eligible
- Able to work flexible schedules as needed
