Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license, doctorate or master's degree in Physical Therapy, at least one year of relevant outpatient experience, ability to work days, no weekend requirements, and available to start on 10/12/2026 with end date 01/09/2027. Experience with assessments such as fall risk and gross motor assessments, and skills in managing conditions like back pain, fractures, osteoarthritis, rotator cuff repair postoperative care, and postural dysfunction are preferred.
