Your responsibilities include:Providing treatments planned, delegated, and supervised by the evaluating Physical TherapistAssisting with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility trainingTeaching patients and caregivers how to safely perform exercises and activitiesCoordinating care with other home health team members to ensure well‑rounded treatmentMaintaining accurate documentation in accordance with CMS requirements, including functional reassessmentsPracticing infection control and universal precautionsReporting suspected abuse according to state and federal guidelinesAssisting with new‑hire orientation and participating in training activities when neededYou take pride in delivering high‑quality care that directly improves patients' lives.QualificationsSuccessful completion of an accredited physical therapy assistant programCurrent Oklahoma PTA license in good standingAt least 1 year of physical therapy experienceCPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)Ability to meet the physical demands of the jobWe're looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, manages time well, and maintains a positive, professional demeanor.Work ScheduleFull‑time, Monday-Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PMReady to Join Our Team?Our application process is quick and simple.
