| ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: | 13 Weeks |
| REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: | Strongly prefer HH experience and HCHB experience. Additional bonus - self-motivation and able to work independently, great time management, able to communicate with a multi-disciplinary team. |
| STAFF: | joining director, schedular, clinical manager, clinical supervisor, and additional therapists |

| CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: | Typically around 30 productivity points per week - will go over specifics on interview (will be similar to the following: routine visit 1, evaluation 1.5, discharge w/ oasis 1.5, discharge w/o oasis 1, meetings up to 2 hours 1, admissions 2) -- waiting on clarification on these details |
| SCHEDULE: | Typically 8-5p M-F waiting on clarification if they can have a flexible work schedule |
| ADDITIONAL INFO: | submission through ShiftWise - preference for social and DOB upon submission to enter into ShiftWise Use to work direct with them many years ago - waiting on one of the directors to let me know if they have adjusted their productivity and if rates are negotiable. |
| LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS: | Mid-sized city with approximately 200,000 residents (about 500,000 in the greater metro region) / approximately 150 miles (2–2.5 hours) to Atlanta, GA, and 75 miles (about 1 hour 15 minutes) to Columbia, SC / about 2.5 hours to both the Atlantic coast and the Blue Ridge Mountains / things to do include strolling the Augusta Riverwalk along the Savannah River, kayaking or biking the Augusta Canal, exploring Phinizy Swamp Nature Park, enjoying downtown restaurants and live music, and catching an Augusta GreenJackets baseball game / fun fact: Augusta hosts the world-famous Masters golf tournament every April and is the birthplace of soul music legend James Brown |
