Your Role
Perform one-on-one evaluations and treatments for a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues
Monitor patient progress and adapt plans as needed
Foster a positive, encouraging environment that supports healing and confidence
Stay current with evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development
Collaborate closely with the clinical team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care
What You Bring
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
Current CPR and First Aid certifications (required)
Outpatient experience preferred, though motivated new graduates are welcome
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate, adaptable, patient-first mentality
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
