Location: California 93301
Pay: $2,351 – $2,635/week
Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
Weekend: At least 1 shift per month (rotation)
Floating to other sites (AHDL, AHTV, AHSB) as needed
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for inpatient acute care patients
Provide therapy interventions to restore/improve physical, social, and mental function
Supervise therapy assistants and co-lead interdisciplinary patient care
Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation
Communicate care and discharge plans with team and patients
Assist with special procedures (e.g., video swallows)
Maintain equipment and ensure patient safety
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Active Physical Therapist license (California)
BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years experience preferred
Comfortable floating to other hospital sites
Work in multiple units of the hospital as orders dictate
Vaccinations required per facility policy
