Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Position Details:

• Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day

• Setting: Outpatient or Inpatient Rehab (based on facility need)

• Status: Full-time contract (40 hours/week)

• Start Date: ASAP or upon availability

• Pay: Competitive weekly pay, based on experience and setting

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions

• Develop individualized care plans and set measurable goals

• Use therapeutic exercises, modalities, and education to restore function and mobility

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain clear documentation

• Promote patient safety, progress, and independence

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapist License

• BLS certification (AHA preferred)

• Graduation from an accredited PT program

• Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience preferred

• Excellent communication and time-management skills

• Patient-centered approach and ability to work independently
