Responsibilities

  • Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Implement therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and strength.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  • Set and achieve personal performance targets and goals.

  • Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies.

  • Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

  • Provide feedback to management on service improvements.

  • Engage in community outreach to promote physical therapy services.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Valid physical therapy license in the relevant state or region.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets.

  • Experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.

  • Ability to monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.

  • Strong communication skills for patient education and collaboration.

  • Experience in utilizing evidence-based practices for patient care.

  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate patient records.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Willingness to engage in community outreach and service promotion.
