Job Title: Physical Therapist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments, disabilities or injuries. You will work closely with patients to help them achieve their physical therapy goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $41-50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday. There will also be a weekend rotation schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans

- Administer various physical therapy techniques and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion

- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their therapy at home

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to patient care

- Willingness to work weekends as needed
