    Qualifications:
     
    Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved)
     
    Current, unrestricted Montana PT license
     
    Current CPR certification
     
    Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
     
     
    Key Responsibilities:
     
    • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of injuries, illnesses, and functional limitations to help them reach their highest potential.
     
    • Conduct assessments, record findings, and develop individualized treatment programs with measurable goals.
     
    • Design and implement rehabilitation programs that align with physician plans and patient goals, adapting as needed for optimal results.
     
    • Collaborate with physicians and the care team to update and refine treatment plans.
     
    • Supervise and provide clear guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
     
    • Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
     
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, reporting progress and updating care plans as needed.
