Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time | On-SiteCore Medical Center
Blue Springs, MO & Overland Park, KS
Compensation: $40.00–$60.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, availability, and licensure
Core Medical Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. This is an on-site position providing evidence-based rehabilitation services for patients recovering from work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
Our therapists work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, occupational therapists, physical therapist assistants, and rehabilitation staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
  
  
• Develop individualized plans of care.
  
  
• Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercise instruction.
  
  
• Treat patients with workers' compensation, occupational medicine, personal injury, and general orthopedic conditions.
  
  
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
  
  
• Collaborate with referring providers and the rehabilitation team.
  
  
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  
  
• Educate patients regarding recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
  
  

Qualifications
Required

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  
  
• Current Physical Therapist license in Missouri and/or Kansas.
  
  
• Eligible to obtain licensure in both states if needed.
  
  
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
  
  
• Workers' compensation or occupational medicine experience.
  
  
• Functional rehabilitation or return-to-work experience.
