Physical Therapist – Blue Springs, MO
Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 annually for full-time positions, based on experience. Part-time positions are paid hourly.
Compensation flexibility may be available for the right candidate.

Clinic hours are:
- Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
- Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- No weekends.
Specific work hours will be discussed based on full-time or part-time availability.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient multidisciplinary clinic in Blue Springs, Missouri.
Our team brings together physical therapy, medical doctors, chiropractors, occupational therapists, and behavioral health providers. You’ll work in a collaborative environment that supports coordinated treatment and individualized patient care.
This is a staff position with no leadership duties. Future leadership opportunities may be available for those interested in advancement. New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.
Patient Care Model:
- One patient per hour.
- Target of 40 patient visits per week for full-time providers.
- Typically four treatment units per visit.
- Collaboration across medical and rehabilitation disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other appropriate treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Direct and supervise PTA care as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure before starting.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- No minimum experience or specialty certifications required.
- Vestibular training and dry needling are a plus.
