Full-Time Physical Therapist – Boca Raton, FL

Empower Fitness is hiring a full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with personal training experience to join our concierge team in Boca Raton.

\n

\n

The position is primarily one-on-one care with clients in their homes, gyms, or workplaces. Our model allows therapists to spend the full session with each client and provide individualized care without managing multiple patients at once.

\n

\n

Position details:

\n

• Full-time W-2 position

\n

• Starting compensation for a new graduate: approximately $85,000–$95,000+ annually, depending on caseload

\n

• Significant opportunity to earn above $95,000 as caseload, experience, and responsibilities grow

\n

• One-on-one patient care

\n

• Boca Raton and surrounding areas

\n

• Combination of physical therapy, strength training, and long-term functional wellness

\n

• Personal training/strength & conditioning experience preferred

\n

• New graduates are welcome to apply if they have a strong fitness or personal training background

\n

\n

We’re looking for someone who is personable, motivated, comfortable working independently, and interested in both rehabilitation and long-term strength and wellness.
