Role Overview:
A rehabilitation care organization in Dorchester, Massachusetts is seeking a driven Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat clients to restore mobility and function. In this role, the ideal candidate will conduct assessments, implement customized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
Compensation: $82,300.00 106,000.00 Location: Suffolk County, Massachusetts Schedule: Full-time day shift, 40 hours/week
Responsibilities:
Performing comprehensive physical evaluations
Designing evidence-based treatment programs
Implementing modalities to reduce pain
Educating patients on therapeutic exercises
Partnering with care team members
Continuously expanding clinical expertise
Participating in student teaching
Qualifications:
Licensed PT in Massachusetts
Bachelors/Masters in Physical Therapy
Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities
Passion for helping patients heal
Interest in exploring new treatment techniques
APTA membership a plus
