Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Boynton Beach, FL. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients with orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to restore mobility, strength, and function. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, documenting progress, updating plans of care, and educating patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies. The role involves close collaboration with orthopaedic surgeons, physician assistants, and other clinicians to coordinate care and support optimal outcomes. The Physical Therapist will also contribute to discharge planning, including recommendations for home programs, assistive devices, and follow-up services as appropriate.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and adjust evidence-based treatment plans.
Demonstrated expertise in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education, safety training, and development of home exercise programs.
Working knowledge of orthopedic Medicine principles as they relate to pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation and musculoskeletal conditions.
Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in the state of Florida.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain professional judgment in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Previous orthopaedic or outpatient experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations in orthopaedics are encouraged to apply
