Rate: Starting at $80 per hour
We are looking for passionate Physical Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team. Help our young clients achieve their physical developmental goals in a fun, supportive, and engaging Bronx-based center.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's physical therapy needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance mobility and strength.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals for holistic care.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education and support to families on home exercises and care strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest pediatric therapy techniques and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York.
- Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with children.
- Knowledge of current pediatric therapy practices and methodologies.
